These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between users ("Users, you, your customers, ourselves") and Oravel
Stays Private Limited and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries ("FindBooking, us, us"). These terms govern the use of
website, mobile application, call centers (collectively referred to as "FindBooking Platform") that allow users to connect
with us in relation to the services provided through the FindBooking platform ("Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before using, using, obtaining or benefiting from any FindBooking product or service.
If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may refrain from using the FindBooking platform and/or services.

FindBooking Platform and Services.
FindBooking reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and in its sole discretion. It will be your responsibility for this
to keep you regularly informed about the Terms of Use. Continued use of the FindBooking Platform and Services
will be considered acceptance of these conditions and their modifications.
CANCEL
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation online on the FindBooking website. Cancellation fees are determined by the property and shown in your cancellation policy.
Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
If you have a reservation with free cancellation, you will not pay cancellation fees. If your booking can no longer be canceled for free or is non-refundable, you may incur cancellation costs. Any fee for canceling a reservation is determined by the property.
How do I know if my booking has been cancelled?
After canceling a booking with us, you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Check your mailbox and email.
Where can I find the cancellation policy?
When searching for the room, you should be able to find the reservation conditions and the cancellation policy, as well as other information about the room. You can also find this information on your booking voucher.

Payment/Refund Information
When will I receive my refund? Refund Initiation: Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will immediately begin processing your refund. This usually happens within 24-48 hours of the cancellation request. Please note that, depending on payment methods, some refunds must be initiated via a cancellation email.
Processing time: The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method you used at the time of booking:
Credit/Debit Cards: For most countries, it can take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that this does not apply to all countries.
Bank Transfer / Online Payment: Refunds processed to your bank account usually take 7-10 business days, although this may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
PayPal: Refunds to PayPal accounts are often processed within 3-5 business days.
Over-the-counter payments: These refunds can take up to 15 business days to process, depending on the service provider and country.
FindBookingCash: Refund will be instant if FindBookingCash has not expired. Communication and updates: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed by FindBooking. Your financial institution or service provider may also send you a notification after the funds have been credited to your account. Please keep an eye on your email and bank/PayPal notifications for any updates regarding your refund. Also check your junk folders.
Manage Guest
I want to change the main host name. How can I do this?
FindBooking now offers you a self-service option. Choose your reservation and update the name of the guest.
Booking Confirmation
When will I receive a confirmation email?
In most cases, you will receive this email together with the booking voucher (PDF file) within 30 minutes of booking. If you still haven't received it after this time, check your spam and/or spam filter. You can also download or return your booking voucher online.
Can you send the coupon?
FindBooking now offers you a self-service option. Simply click the self-service link provided in your confirmation email to return your voucher.
How can I receive a booking confirmation to a different email address than the one I used to make the booking?
You should have received a booking confirmation email to the email address you provided during the booking process. In addition, you can find your upcoming, canceled and completed reservations on the "My Reservations" page.
If you do not have access to the email address you used to make your reservation, please email us with the following information and we will do our best to help you:
- Name of the hotel
- Date of arrival / departure
- Name of the main customer
- The date of creation of the reservation
- Phone number
